Govardhan, a form of Lord Vishnu, provided grass for the cows and protection for all. Krishna asked the Brajvasis to worship it, and later lifted it on his little finger, performing his divine leela.

Today, on Rathyatra, let us sing the glories of Lord Jagannath—just as the Gopis of Braj and Shree Chaitanya Mahaprabhu once did—and lovingly pull His divine chariot into the temple of our hearts.

आज रथयात्रा के पावन अवसर पर आइए, हम सब भगवान जगन्नाथ की महिमा का गान करें — जैसे ब्रज की गोपियाँ और श्रीचैतन्य महाप्रभु ने किया था — और प्रेमपूर्वक उनके दिव्य रथ को अपने हृदय के मंदिर तक पहुँचाएँ।

Maryada Purushottam Bhagavan Shree Ram, who captivated the hearts of great yogis and sages like King Janak, descended as a child in the lap of Mother Kaushalya. Bound by the love of His devotees, He assumed a human form and performed His divine leelas. Though He came to vanquish evil, protect the righteous, and uphold dharma — His deepest purpose was to bestow His causeless mercy upon all souls.
