Learn to be Grateful for all the blessings that you have received - this is the message from Swami Mukundananda on Day 3 of this Happiness Challenge. We have discussed before that Happiness is our choice and it's in our own mind. How can we tap that Fountain source of happiness within us? Swami Mukundananda encourages us to count all the blessings we have in our lives and feel grateful for them. The problem is when we have something, sometimes we don't tend to value that so much, but when that the same thing gets snatched away from us, then regaining it gives us so much happiness that we remember how blessed we were to be possessing that thing in the first place. When we count all our blessings in life and feel grateful for them, then we will realize that we have so many gifts in our lives and feel a million reasons to be happy about. Happiness Challenges' Activity for Day 3: Today spend some time and count all the blessings you have in your life and the things you feel grateful for. For example, this Human life is a big blessing for all of us, the food that we eat, the earth we walk upon and all the amenities God has provided for us and much more you may have got.
