Everyday we take thousands of decisions. We don’t need to take conscious decisions all the time. The decisions we take repeatedly, becomes our habit. And once it becomes our habit we don't need to consciously take the same decisions. For example, through practice we learn to drive. Initially we take lot of decisions like, where to turn, when to press the brake etc. But once we have enough practice it all becomes easy and kind of automatic. Will power is the key to make a habit. Good decisions, following that with self control and will power is the key to make a habit.
