Welcome to the Happiness Challenge. Swami Mukundananda, throughout the next 21 days will present us with several tools to make us happier from within without the need for any external assets. On Day 1 of the Happiness Challenge, Swami Mukundananda makes it clear that our Happiness is in our own Mind and not based on external circumstances. Most of us believe that external circumstances are the source of our unhappiness. However, the fact is that we can't change the circumstances or the situations around us, but we definitely can change our own attitude towards them. To be happy, we need to shift our own attitude and train our mind to be happy. We should not allow the circumstances to dictate our happiness or unhappiness because we don't have control of it. The world is how we see it through our mind, let's make our mind beautiful and discover that happiness from within. Happiness Challenges' activity for Day 1: Think of a situation you are facing that's making you unhappy. Ask yourself the question - Can I do something about it, if not can I change my attitude towards it and choose to feel happy within my Mind? Let us know about your experience.
