The major fruit of our work is the money we earn. When we offer a reasonable portion of it to God, our attitude to work naturally changes. We develop the consciousness, ‘I am working as a service to the Lord. The rewards of my toil are for His pleasure. Therefore, let me strive harder, and earn more, so that I can serve even more.’ In this way, giving in charity helps us easily inculcate the spirit of karm yog in our professional life.

Internal messages of hope, faith, and courage are referred to as positive affirmations. When they are iterated mentally, they go deep within to change our attitude, beliefs, and the actions that we perform in the world.
