Radha Govind Dham (“RGD”) owns the website swamimukundananda.org (the “Website”). The Website is operated and maintained by JKYog Bhakti Private Limited (“JBPL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) on behalf of RGD. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and any related services, including event registration, book and merchandise orders, self-paced online courses, newsletters, and live interactive sessions (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
The Website is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or who are using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Website, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its purpose of sharing spiritual teachings, wisdom content, events, courses, and related offerings. You agree not to:

The Wisdom Content, including any references to meditation, mind management, or well-being, is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or experience from engaging with the Wisdom Content, attending events, taking courses, or practicing any techniques described therein.
Orders for Books and Merchandise
The Website may allow you to purchase books and other merchandise. In relation to such purchases:
- —Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to change without notice;
- —We will make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of pricing and availability, but errors may occur; in the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund;
- —Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway, and by making a purchase you also agree to that provider's applicable terms;
- —Shipping timelines, costs, and delivery areas will be communicated at checkout or via order confirmation and may vary by location;
- —Cancellations, returns, and refunds for orders are governed by Section 7 (Refund and Cancellation Policy) below.
Self-Paced Online Courses
The Website will shortly offer self-paced online courses on spiritual and lifestyle topics. In relation to such courses:
- —Course access is granted upon successful payment (where applicable) and is for your personal, non-commercial use only;
- —You may not share your login credentials, or reproduce, download, distribute, or publicly display course videos, materials, or content, except as expressly permitted for your personal learning;
- —Course content is provided "as is" for educational and inspirational purposes and does not constitute professional advice (see Section 3);
- —We may update, modify, or discontinue specific courses or course content from time to time; where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of material changes to enrolled learners;
- —Access to a course may be suspended or terminated, without refund, if we determine that these Terms (including restrictions on sharing credentials or content) have been violated;
- —Cancellations and refunds for course purchases are governed by Section 7 (Refund and Cancellation Policy) below.
Event and Retreat Registration
The Website allows you to register for satsangs, retreats, family camps, and other programs (“Events”). In relation to Events:
- —Registration is subject to availability and confirmation by us or the relevant host/organizing partner;
- —Event dates, timings, venues, and formats (including whether in-person or virtual) are subject to change; we will make reasonable efforts to notify registrants of material changes;
- —If you attend an in-person Event, you do so at your own risk. You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation, health, and safety arrangements unless expressly stated otherwise. We, our volunteers, RGD, JKYog, and host venues shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, illness, or property damage arising from your attendance, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct;
- —Some Events may be hosted by, or held in partnership with, third-party venues or organizations (for example, temples or retreat centers); such third parties may have their own rules and policies which you agree to follow while on their premises;
- —Cancellations and refunds for paid Event registrations are governed by Section 7 (Refund and Cancellation Policy) below.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
All payments made for books and merchandise, event and retreat registrations, and self-paced online course enrolments are final. Once a payment has been made, it is non-refundable, and we do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or credits, including in respect of:
- —Cancellation of an order, event or retreat registration, or course enrolment after payment has been made;
- —Any unused, partial, or unwatched portion of a course or membership period;
- —Non-attendance, early departure, or reduced participation at an Event or retreat, for any reason;
- —A change of mind, personal circumstances, or any other inability to use, attend, or complete the product, Event, retreat, or course.
This policy applies regardless of whether the book, merchandise, course, or Event has been accessed, used, attended, or completed, and there is no option to cancel a completed payment or transaction.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable right you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including in respect of goods that are defective or materially different from their description.
We reserve the right to amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. The version of this Policy in effect at the time of your purchase or registration will apply to that transaction.
Live Interactive Sessions and "Ask Live"
The Website and related platforms may allow you to submit questions or participate in live question-and-answer sessions with Swami Mukundananda. We reserve the right to select, edit, decline to answer, or publish (in audio, video, or written form) any question submitted, including on the Website, app, or social media channels, without further notice or compensation to you.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including text, videos, podcasts, kirtans, meditations, books, self-paced courses, quotes, images, logos, and the compilation thereof (the “Content”) — is owned by Radha Govind Dham (RGD) and JKYog Trust, and/or licensed to JKYog Bhakti Private Limited (JBPL) for the purpose of operating the Website, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only, in accordance with these Terms.
User Submissions
If you submit questions, comments, testimonials, or other content to the Website (“User Submissions”), you grant us, RGD, and JKYog a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such User Submissions in any media, for purposes connected with our activities, including publishing edited or anonymized versions in response videos or written content. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Third-Party Links and Affiliated Websites
The Website may contain links to third-party or affiliated websites, including JK University, Naturopathy Hospital, Holy Bhagavad Gita, and Bhakti Store, as well as app stores and social media platforms. These are separate entities/platforms that may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, products, or practices of any third-party or affiliated website, and inclusion of such links does not imply endorsement.
The Swami Mukundananda App
Certain features referenced on the Website (such as additional courses, book summaries, and exclusive recordings) may be accessed through the Swami Mukundananda mobile app, which may be subject to separate terms of use and privacy policy provided at the time of app download or registration.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JBPL, RGD, JKYog, and their respective trustees, officers, volunteers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Website or Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount, if any, paid by you in connection with the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JBPL, RGD, JKYog, and their respective trustees, officers, volunteers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government action, pandemic or public health restrictions, internet or utility failures, or venue unavailability, and any Events affected by such circumstances may be rescheduled, held virtually, or cancelled at our discretion, subject to Section 7 (Refund and Cancellation Policy).
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date, and your continued use of the Website following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Cuttack, Odisha, India.
This clause does not apply to grievances or matters concerning the processing of your personal data, which fall within the scope of the DPDP Act. Such matters shall first be raised with our Grievance Officer under our Privacy Policy and, if unresolved, may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India, which has exclusive jurisdiction over such matters to the exclusion of civil courts, as provided under Section 39 of the DPDP Act.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website and supersede any prior agreements.
