Surrendering the intellect means to think in accordance with the knowledge received from God via the medium of the scriptures and the bona fide Guru.

Those who are surrendered to Shree Krishna simply do their duty in all situations, without being affected by outcomes. Such persons never lament because they accept all circumstances as His grace.

God reciprocates with everyone who surrenders to Him. Shree Ram told Hanuman, "O Hanuman, to release myself from the debt of one service you performed for me, I shall have to offer my life to you. For all the other devotional services done by you, I shall remain eternally indebted."

God’s eternal law is very simple: Those who do sharanagati (surrender) unto Him receive His grace.
