Happiness is not an external object, but it is a choice of attitudes that we make. Choose Happiness Again and Again. This is the Happiness tool that we need to practice on Day 2 of the Happiness Challenge. On Day 2 of the Happiness Challenge, Swami Mukundananda explains to us that Happiness is an Attitude and a choice we make. Sometimes people look for external objects of Happiness, but no matter how much wealth we acquire or how much materialistic pleasures the world can give to us unless we come in touch the Fountain source of happiness that is within us, we cannot be truly happy. When we choose to contend with what we have then we can be happy right at this moment. Therefore, it's important for us to understand that Happiness is an Attitude, a choice of our own mind and we should decouple our Happiness from the external objects. Happiness Challenges' Activity for Day 2: Choose to be Happy right now, make a conscious decision that my attitude towards Happiness is always my choice and I will always choose to remain happy within.
