On Day 15 of the Life Transformation Challenge, Swami Mukundananda relates to us the Ultimate Meditation Practice that will bring our mind to instant focus. Whenever we remember someone in this world, we bring the image of the person whom we want to think. For example, when we think about our Father or Mother, we immediately bring their vision to our mind more than their names. Similarly, when we want to focus our mind on Meditation, we should meditate on the image of the Supreme Lord. It can be Lord Ram, Lord Krishna, or any other form of God. God is all pure, and when we Meditate on his sweet form, it will give us a strong basis to focus our mind without any distractions. This practice of Meditating on the image of God is named 'Roop Dhyan, ' which was emphasized by Jagadguru Kripalu Maharaj, the 5th Jagadguru of this World. A lot of Bhakti Saints and Yogis also bring the image of God during their Meditation.
